Met and it's Lenders/Investors will review any type of Commercial property and any Credit situation.

 

Property viewed: Mixed-Use or Commercial income producing only.

 We can not view:> Single Family Homes, Venture Capital, Constructions / Rehab or Land loans.  

 

 The following are the areas plus minimum mortgage amounts Met investors will service.

<> New York (NY) & New Jersey (NJ)  $200,000 minimum mortgage request.

<> Connecticut (CT) & Pennsylvania (PA)  $500,000 minimum mortgage request.  

<> Florida (FL) & Texas (TX)  $750,000 minimum mortgage request.  

We may also consider some States East of the Mississippi on a State by State bases, but not less than a $1,500,000  mortgage request.

Maximum loan amount up to $10,000,000 per request.

Loan to values (LTV) are now between 50% & 55% , but may consider on a case by case request up to a maximum of 65%. <> Interest only rates are between 11% to 16%. <> Points based on a $ mortgage amount case by case request. <> Term: 1 to 3 years on a year to year bases at the discretion of the investor.
